We attend a Township Church on Sundays. We visit Langa, the oldest formal black township in Cape Town, and See the local market, an art & crafts centre, and we visit a traditional healer. We also visit Bonteheuwel, Nyanga, Crossroads, Khayelitsha and Gugulethu where we see the Gugulethu Seven Memorial and the Amy Biehl Memorial. Then it is off to Robben Island. Return boat trips across Table Bay. A visit to the infamous Maximum Security Prison and interaction with an ex-political prisoner. A 45-minute bus ride with a guide providing commentary about the Island. The opportunity to explore the Murray's Bay Harbour precinct attractions,such as the Muslim shrine, or kramat, and the Museum Shop.
